Cancellation Policy: Jordan/Poles Wedding agrees to communicate the hotel’s cancellation policy in writing to all guests that have requested room reservations with hotel. Individual cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. Should Jordan/Poles Wedding or an individual Guest cancel, modify, or no-show their reservation(s) after the cancellation policy, one night's room and tax per reserved room will apply. Early Departures: When past the agreed upon Cancellation Policy date as listed above, should a Guest wish to check-out a day earlier than scheduled departure date as in Hotel’s reservation system, an Early Departure fee of one night’s room and tax per reserved room will apply.
